I have a variety of skills that are founded on my background in psychology and health and have experience of working in the public and private sector. Spending years in the Tourism, Sport and Exercise Science department, much knowledge was gained for the psychology of human performance. Based in a team then, and now I work competently one-to-one, or in small groups, I have an instinct to connect with people, and utilise my empathetic approach with thoughtful analysis to share insights into the art and science of quality of life.
